At The Goods Bakery, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality baked goods and exceptional service. In order to maintain our standards and ensure fairness to all our customers, we have implemented the following No Refund Policy:

• All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is made at The Goods Bakery, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for any products purchased, except in cases where required by law.

• Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure that our products meet our rigorous quality standards. However, if you believe that a product you have purchased is defective or does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately so that we may address the issue promptly.

• Exceptions: In rare cases of extenuating circumstances, such as a documented error on our part or a product being unfit for consumption due to reasons beyond the customer's control, we may consider providing a refund or replacement at our discretion.

• Shipping: Shipping is not currently available.

• Location: Local pickup is available in Midtown Atlanta. The pickup address will be provided following order completion. 

• Pickup Times: FRIDAY-MONDAY before 5 pm. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with available pickup times and dates. Please select a convenient pickup slot from the provided options.

• Identification Required: When picking up your order, please present a copy of your order confirmation email for verification purposes.

• Pickup Instructions: Please arrive promptly at your scheduled pickup time. Upon arrival, notify a staff member or follow posted instructions for pickup. Ensure that your order is carefully inspected before leaving the premises.
